My Story

Making a Positive Impact

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve, even if you have injuries like I do. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.

   To help my clients find the motivation and tools to get to their physical and emotional health goals.

   I take your fitness goals seriously. Whether it's aqua therapy you need, personal fitness training or healthy living tips, I understand that losing weight and meeting your goals can be challenging. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach yours. I analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized program.

Small Group Training

When Coronavirus hit and gyms closed, I started holding classes from my house for small groups. It was a perfect way to stay in shape while also staying a solid six feet apart. These classes will continue in the future for groups of 5 or more people. Contact me at the bottom of the page for more info.

Virtual Training

Virtual training is more flexible. If you can’t make it to the gym during normal hours or on a consistent basis, online training is for you!!! I can train you via Facetime or Skype if you want the option to work out at home. If you don't live in Florida or travel often--I can still continue your training regiment.
