What is DB Wellbeing?

DB Wellbeing is my coaching practice designed to help you elevate your mind, body,

and world through my signature E3 Method. It’s not about quick fixes — it’s about

building strength, resilience, and confidence that lasts.

What is the E3 Method?

E3 stands for Elevate Your Mind, Elevate Your Body, Elevate Your World. It’s a holistic

approach combining mindset, movement, and nutrition so you can rise out of “stuck

mode” and step into your best self.

Who do you work with?

I primarily work with women in midlife who are navigating transitions like

perimenopause, empty nest, or body changes — but I also coach men and teens who

are ready to step up and invest in their wellbeing.

Training & Coaching

Where do you train?

I offer in-person training in The Zoo Gym in North Palm Beach, FL, and virtual coaching

for clients anywhere in the world.

Do you offer virtual as well as in-person coaching?

Yes! Virtual sessions are live via FaceTime or Zoom — no cookie-cutter programs here.

You’ll get real-time coaching, accountability, and feedback, just like if I were right beside you.

How does virtual coaching work?

You’ll need Wi-Fi, a small space, and maybe a few simple pieces of equipment (I’ll guide you on that). I’ll call you on FaceTime or Zoom, and I will take you through personalized workouts, coaching, and accountability check-ins.

How do you sell your packages?

I offer packages in 1:1 coaching, personal training, and signature programs. We’ll

choose what’s right for your goals during a discovery call. My personal training

packages are sold in either 45-minute or 60-minute sessions and packages of 10 or 20

sessions per package.

How much do you charge?

Prices vary depending on the program. My coaching is an investment in you. During a

free discovery call, we’ll discuss your goals, options, and the best fit for your budget.

Do you work with men?

Yes! While my focus started with women’s wellbeing, I also coach men who are

committed to growth and ready to put in the work.

Do you work with teens?

Absolutely. I’m certified in youth exercise, hold two bachelor's degrees in education, and love helping teens build confidence, strength, and healthy habits early on.

What if I’m new to fitness or haven’t worked out in years?

No problem — I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re starting from the

couch or training for your next phase of life, I’ve got you.

How can I avoid injury?

I’m all about safe, functional movement. I’ll tailor your workouts to your body, fitness

level, and any limitations, helping you build strength without overexerting yourself.

What if I have injuries, limitations, or health conditions?

We’ll adapt. I’ve trained clients and myself through injuries, surgeries, and medical

challenges. Your program will be tailored to help you move safely while still achieving

results.

Nutrition & Lifestyle

Do you tell me how much to eat?

No food police here! I don’t hand out strict meal plans or calorie counts. Instead, I’ll

teach you how to fuel your body with the right balance of protein, carbs, and fats for

your lifestyle and goals.

Do you provide meal plans or just guidance?

I provide nutrition guidance, education, and support so you can make confident food choices without feeling restricted.

Do you work with people on GLP-1 medications or in perimenopause/post-menopause?

Yes. Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes or weight loss with medications like

Ozempic, I’ll help you build strength, energy, and confidence in your body.

Results & Expectations

How soon will I see results?

That depends on your consistency. Some clients feel a difference in energy and mood

within weeks; physical changes often follow within a few months. Remember: this is

about long-term transformation, not quick fixes.

How much time do I need to commit?

Most clients train 2–4 times per week, in addition to short mindset and nutrition

practices. We’ll design a plan that fits your schedule.

What if I don’t reach my goals?

With commitment on your end and my coaching on mine, results will come. My job is to help you stay consistent, even when motivation dips. Progress isn’t always linear, but we’ll celebrate every step forward.

Payments & Policies

Do you offer payment plans?

While I want coaching to be accessible, payment is required up-front for packages, and is non-refundable. I do work with clients to find an option that works for you.

What’s your cancellation or refund policy?

I value your time and mine. I ask for 24-hour notice to reschedule sessions. Full program details and policies are outlined during onboarding.

Speaking & Events

Do you offer workshops or corporate speaking?

Yes! I speak on topics like resilience, midlife transitions, mindset, and wellbeing.
